* fear of being hurt
* judgments, blame
* defensiveness or revenge
* feeling victim, lack of trust
* hate to others/life or ourselves
* frozen emotions, avoidance
* fear of being wrong
* “good person” identities
* fear of losing, not feeling good enough
* expectations about God and loved ones
* resentment, regret about past
* feeling ignored, unloved, etc.
